(OTCBB: GELV) also released news on Monday, announcing it had update its Letter of Intent to acquire 100% of the stock in Peck Electric, a move that would allow the clean energy company to expand into new areas of products and services. The news sent the volume past 239 million on Monday, significantly higher than its average of just under 57 million. GELV closed at 0.0006, below its 50-day moving average of 0.0009 and 200-day moving average of 0.0080.
With more than 59 million shares trading hands on Monday International Building Technologies Group (OTCBB: INBG) was counted among the OTCBB volume leaders. Shares in the development stage company that focuses on the manufacture and sale of light weight building panels used in construction industries worldwide closed at 0.0002 on Monday, even with its 200-day average but lower than its 50-day average of 0.0003.
Electric Car Company Inc. (OTCBB: ELCR) also had a busy day of trading as more than 42 million shares moved hands. Last month GELV, a vehicle conversion company that specializes in electric conversions and manufacturing for the Livery, Fleet and Private Specialty Markets, announced that it had executed the Definitive Agreement with Liberty Electric Cars, USA LLC, an agreement that would lead to the production of high performance zero emission luxury Pure Electric vehicles. Shares closed at 0.0002 on Monday, lower than its 50-day moving average of 0.0004 and 00-day moving average of 0.0067.
